I gave Leadpages a try for about a month, hoping it would help boost signups, but it did the opposite for me. The pages looked decent enough, but the conversions dropped hard compared to what I was using before. After a few weeks of watching the numbers get worse, I started losing trust in the platform and ended up feeling like I couldn’t rely on it...

Leadpages has been fine for basic analytics, and it does what I need most of the time. The tracking just feels a little limited here and there, so I ended up double checking some numbers in GA. Its not bad or anything, I just wish the reports were clearer and easier to trust.

I’ve been using leadpages mainly for landing pages, and the A/B testing has made things a lot easier. I can usually get a good sense of which version is doing better without having to overthink it or spend forever tweaking stuff. It seems like it’s helped with signups too, at least from what I’m seeing.

I wanted to like this because it’s easy to get started with, and the templates do look decent at first. I spent a while playing around with a few pages, trying to make everything feel more like our brand, but after a bit I kept running into little things I couldn’t really change. Moving sections around was more of a hassle than I expected, and some templates just didn’t want to cooperate. So while it works fine if you’re okay staying close to the default designs, it ended up feeling too limited for the kind of customization I needed.

I started using it when I was trying to get a few more signups from a landing page I threw together one afternoon, and overall it’s been solid. The forms are easy enough to set up, and the popups do what they’re supposed to do without much fuss. The only thing that annoys me sometimes is editing the fields, which can feel a little clunky, especially if I’m just trying to make one quick change before getting back to other work.

I really wanted this to be simple but everything felt harder than it needed to be and I kept clicking around trying to figure out what to do next and it just never felt easy or natural to use.

I signed up expecting the onboarding to actually guide me through the setup, but it was mostly just a few popups and quick videos before I was basically on my own. I had planned to get everything up and running that afternoon, and instead I ended up wasting the time I’d set aside for other work just trying to figure out where things were.

The help articles didn’t make things much better. Some answers were vague, and a few looked like they hadn’t been updated in a while. For something that’s supposed to be simple, I spent way too long learning the basics, and it messed up my plans for the week. Not a great first impression

It’s not bad, and I’m totally calm about the price, but yeah, it does feel a little pricey. If you use it often enough, it’s worth it. If not, you might find yourself quietly staring at the charge like, okay, cool.

The integrations are decent overall. I’ve been able to connect a few of the tools I use without much trouble, so in that sense it works fine. At the same time, it’s annoying because some apps I expected to be there just aren’t supported. So I like it, but I also wish it did a lot more.

I was really happy with how clean and polished the templates looked. They made everything feel simple and put together without needing much effort. I’d definitely use these again for future projects.
